This villa has been built to cater to those wanting a luxurious space that is close to the bustle of a nearby busy town, restaurants, bars and surfing beaches, but is itself quiet, tranquil and private. Kalukanda House is being privately let and is a permanently staffed villa with plenty of spaces inside and out to eat and lounge around as a group, or for those precious private moments with a book or music.
A large 12m x 5m deep pool, cabana and yoga platform are just part of what you can enjoy. We will be hosting retreats run by international yoga instructors but we can also call in local professionals if you just want to follow an instructor-led practice or meditation in the gardens. Our villa manager is there to look after you and will be waiting for you when you arrive to welcome you and make your stay as pleasurable as possible.
Little families of shy monkeys can often be seen passing through the gardens. Kingfisher dive into the pool water at various times of the day for a drink and countless colorful birds flit about that you can watch from the veranda or balconies.
With the exception of guide dogs/assistance dogs, and only then by prior approval, no pets of any description are allowed to stay at the villa. Please read our Terms & Conditions for further details.
The villa has high-speed wireless (WiFi) DSL (broadband) access, so you if you have a laptop PC then bring it along you can connect to our network for free. Login details are provided in the information sent out prior to your arrival.
